This page explains which content on secureitsolutions.ro is created with the help of artificial intelligence, how we label it and how you can report an error to us, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (the AI Act).

## Why this page exists

From August 2, 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act requires that text generated or manipulated by an artificial intelligence system and published to inform the public, as well as images and video generated or manipulated with AI, be appropriately labeled. We use AI in our work and want to be clear about exactly where.

## What content is created with AI

### Blog articles

Articles published on the [blog](/blog/) (in Romanian) are generated with the help of a generative artificial intelligence system. The system receives an editorial brief (topic, angle, reference sources) and produces the text in Romanian.

Each article ends with a visible notice disclosing the use of AI and a link to this page.

### Images

Featured images for some articles may be generated with AI; where this is the case, they are labeled as such.

### The virtual assistant

On the website, the "AI Assistant" button opens Ares, our virtual assistant. Its answers are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic), based on the information published on this website. The assistant is labeled as AI and can make mistakes; for reliable information on services, prices and deadlines, ask for a written quote. You can find what data is processed in the chat in the [Privacy Policy](/en/privacy-policy/#chat).

### What we do not do with AI

Quotes, contracts and monthly reports for clients are prepared and checked by our team. The sample monthly report on the home page contains demo data.

## What our team checks

- **Topic selection** – article topics are chosen from pre-approved topic lists or from external sources;
- **Editorial direction** – the angle, target audience and language (Romanian, with diacritics) are set in advance;
- **Post-publication review** – we monitor articles for accuracy and can correct or withdraw inaccurate content.

## What AI cannot guarantee

Artificial intelligence systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. We recommend that you check important details (figures, names, quotes, dates) against independent primary sources before making decisions based on an article.

## Your personal data

For blog articles, we do not enter personal data of readers or other people into the AI system. The content is based on public information and the system's general knowledge.

## Reports and corrections

If you spot a factual error or problematic content, write to us at [office@secureitsolutions.ro](mailto:office@secureitsolutions.ro). We review every report within 72 working hours at the latest and publish corrections on the page of the article concerned.

## Legal framework

This policy complies with:

- **Regulation (EU) 2024/1689** on artificial intelligence (the AI Act), in particular Article 50 on transparency obligations;
- **Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)** on the protection of personal data;
- **Directive (EU) 2019/790** on copyright in the Digital Single Market.
