Managed IT services mean a specialist company takes over, under contract, employee support, servers, network, backup and security for your business. You pay a fixed monthly fee, from €150/month + VAT, instead of in-house staff and hourly call-outs.

## What’s included

## How we work

1. **Free IT audit.** A 30–60 minute conversation and a review of your workstations, servers, backup, accounts and security, with no obligation.
2. **Written proposal.** You get the recommended plan, the monthly price, the response times and the list of included services.
3. **Onboarding in 5–7 days.** We install monitoring, set up backup and security and document the infrastructure; up to 14 days for complex projects.
4. **Operations and monthly report.** We handle requests, prevent incidents and send you a monthly activity report with recommendations.

### How much does IT outsourcing cost?

Our IT maintenance plans start at €150/month + VAT for up to 10 workstations, €350/month + VAT for 10–25 workstations and €750/month + VAT for more than 25 workstations, with 24/7 support. For companies with more than 50 employees we build a custom plan after the free audit.

### Which IT services can be outsourced?

Practically all of them: helpdesk, workstation and server maintenance, networking, Microsoft 365, backup, cybersecurity, cloud migration, NIS2 and GDPR compliance, even application development. You can outsource everything or only what you are missing and keep part of IT in-house.

### Outsourced IT or an in-house IT employee?

A junior IT employee costs at least €1,500 a month in total cost and covers one person during office hours. Outsourcing gives you a team with several specializations, cover during holidays and a contractual response time, for a fixed monthly cost.

### Do you work with companies outside Bucharest?

Yes. Most requests are resolved remotely over secure connections, for companies across Romania. In Bucharest and Ilfov County we also come on site, according to the plan you choose.
