What is actually delivered, the deadlines, response times and price are set out in the **written quote and the contract**. - The prices shown are **starting prices or indicative ranges, in euros, excluding VAT**. VAT is added at the statutory rate. The final price depends on the number of workstations and servers, the complexity of the infrastructure and the services chosen, and is confirmed after the initial audit. - The sample monthly report on the home page contains demo data, not client data. - Blog articles are for information only and do not constitute legal advice. For legal obligations (for example NIS2 or GDPR), we also recommend a dedicated legal review. ## 4. Quote requests and the free audit - You can request a quote through the form on the website, by email or by phone; it is free and does not oblige you to buy any service. - The initial discussion and the initial IT audit are free. The findings are yours to keep, even if we do not go on to work together. - For the audit, we may need access to certain information about your infrastructure. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords via the form or by email; access, where needed, is agreed in writing, under secure conditions. - By submitting the form, you allow us to contact you about your request. The contract Our collaboration starts only after a written contract is signed, setting out the services, the service level (response times), the price, the term, invoicing and payment, confidentiality and data processing (a data processing agreement, where applicable). If there is any difference between the website and the contract, the contract prevails. ## 6. Intellectual property The texts, structure and graphic elements of the website belong to us or are used under license.
