This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by secureitsolutions.ro, operated by S.C. Secure IT Solutions S.R.L., what we use them for, how long they stay in your browser and how you can change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage). On this page, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies.
Our rule
- Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the website cannot run securely without them. The law does not require consent for them (Art. 4(5^1) of Law No. 506/2004 on privacy in electronic communications).
- Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you give your consent, through the banner shown on your first visit. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic implementation: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel do not load at all until you accept.
- The “Accept all” and “Reject all” buttons are given equal visual prominence. Rejecting does not limit your access to the website.
How to change your choice
At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
Your choice is kept for 182 days (about 6 months). After that, we ask you again. We ask you sooner only if we change the types of cookies or the providers.

What each category does
Strictly necessary (always active)
They keep the website secure and working: checking the form and remembering your cookie choice. They are not used for advertising.
Analytics (only with consent)
They help us understand, statistically, how the website is used: which pages are visited and where visitors come from. We use Google Analytics 4.
Marketing (only with consent)
They let us measure whether our ads on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) bring in visitors and quote requests. They enable Google Ads conversion measurement, the Meta Pixel and storing the source of the visit for 90 days.
If you have consented to marketing and you submit the form, our automation server (n8n) sends Meta the request event via the Conversions API, together with your email address and phone number in irreversibly encrypted form (hash). Without your consent to marketing, we do not send this event.
Transfers outside the EU
Google, Meta and Cloudflare may also process this data in the USA, on the basis of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses. Details in the Privacy Policy.
The blog
The blog at /blog/ (in Romanian) is also operated by us, on a separate platform (WordPress). The table above covers the pages of the main website; on the blog too, analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
