IT security
Cybersecurity services for businesses and business continuity
Cybersecurity for businesses combines EDR on workstations and servers, SOC monitoring, immutable backup and a tested recovery plan, so an attack doesn't stop your operations. We start with a free security audit.
What’s included
- 01
EDR on workstations and servers
Endpoint detection and response on every device, with a behavioral engine that can automatically isolate a compromised system.
- 02
24/7 SOC monitoring
Network and endpoint events are correlated in a SIEM and analyzed around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
- 03
Incident response
A written response plan for your company, with clear steps for containment, threat removal and restoration.
- 04
3-2-1-1-0 immutable backup
Three copies, on two media, one off site, one immutable and zero errors on verification, so ransomware cannot encrypt your backup.
- 05
Tested disaster recovery
A recovery plan with RPO and RTO defined for every critical service, verified through real restores, not just on paper.
- 06
Proactive threat hunting
Regular analysis of indicators of compromise, so an attacker is found before reaching your data or backups.
What cybersecurity means for a small or medium-sized business
For an SME, security isn’t a single product. It’s a chain of complementary measures: prevention on every workstation and server, fast detection when something slips through, a clear response plan and a backup you can actually recover from. We follow the NIST framework: identify, protect, detect, respond, recover.
Most attacks start simply: a password stolen through phishing, an unpatched server, remote access left open. That’s why the first step is always the audit, which shows where you’re exposed. The report ranks risks by impact and ease of exploitation, so your budget goes first where it matters.
Protection plans
We work on three tiers, with the price set after the audit.
| Tier | Best for | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | fewer than 25 endpoints | EDR, automated patching, encrypted daily backup, business-hours monitoring, monthly report |
| Professional | 25–100 endpoints | 24/7 SOC with SIEM, weekly threat hunting, immutable backup, tested DR, incident response |
| Enterprise | multi-site, hybrid cloud | XDR, secondary DR site, regular penetration testing, advisory CISO, custom SLA |
Continuity: backup, RPO and RTO
Business continuity comes down to two numbers: RPO, how much data you can afford to lose, and RTO, how quickly a service must be back online. We set them together for every critical service and build your backup and recovery plan around them.
The cost of weak security
Beyond downtime and data loss, an incident can bring penalties: GDPR provides for fines of up to 4% of global annual turnover, and NIS2 up to €10 million or 2% of turnover for essential entities. For legal obligations, see NIS2 and GDPR compliance; to test how well your systems hold up in practice, see penetration testing.
We operate from Bucharest, with on-site visits in Bucharest and Ilfov County and remote monitoring for companies across Romania. Request your free security audit.
IT security for businesses and IT security consulting
IT security for businesses is more than antivirus: it’s a combination of protection on workstations and servers, properly configured accounts, backups that can be restored and people trained to recognize a phishing email. We also provide IT security consulting for companies in Bucharest and across Romania: we assess the risks, set priorities and budget, then implement or help you implement. If you want to start with an independent review, see our IT security audit.
How we work
- Step 1
Security audit
We scan your perimeter and review Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and firewall configurations, access rights and backup policies. You get the risks prioritized.
- Step 2
EDR and SOC rollout
We install EDR agents, feed logs into the SIEM and tune detection rules for your environment.
- Step 3
Monitoring and response
Analysts watch the alerts, filter out the noise and notify you only about what matters. If an incident occurs, we execute the response plan.
- Step 4
Reporting and improvement
Every month you receive the significant events, security metrics and prioritized hardening recommendations.
Frequently asked questions
Another question? +40 750 293 932 · office@secureitsolutions.ro
What do I get in the first 30 days?
A security audit with a written report, EDR agents installed on your endpoints, SIEM integration, an incident response plan for the relevant scenarios and the first immutable backup verified by a test restore. At the end you receive a baseline report with the analyzed alerts and recommendations for the following month.
How quickly do you respond to an incident?
For critical incidents on plans with SOC, response within 30 minutes. The exact time and severity levels are written into the contract SLA. On the base plan, without a dedicated SOC, monitoring runs during business hours.
Can backups really withstand ransomware?
The immutable copy cannot be deleted or encrypted, even by an attacker who has obtained administrator rights. Beyond immutability, testing is what matters: we regularly verify restores in an isolated environment, so you know your data can actually be recovered.
How long does the free audit take?
The audit usually takes 3–5 business days. It includes an external perimeter scan, a review of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 configurations and backup policies, and a check of your domain's exposure in data leaks. You are under no obligation to continue with us.
Does it help with NIS2 compliance and cyber insurance?
The measures in our SOC plans cover a large share of the technical requirements found in NIS2 and in insurers' questionnaires: continuous monitoring, a tested response plan, immutable backup, MFA and segmentation. The documentation and logs produced can be used in an audit. We discuss your exact obligations on the compliance page.

- IT maintenance contractAn IT maintenance contract means we take over the administration of your company's workstations, servers, network and backup for a fixed monthly price, with a response time written into the contract. Plans start at €150/month + VAT.
- NIS2 and GDPR complianceNIS2 and GDPR compliance means knowing whether the law applies to you, implementing the required technical and organizational measures and having your documentation ready for an inspection. Implementation projects start at €5,000 + VAT.
- Penetration testingA penetration test is a simulated, controlled attack on your company's systems. It shows which vulnerabilities can actually be exploited, with what impact and in what order they should be fixed. Pricing is set based on scope.
