What is IT outsourcing?
IT outsourcing means a specialized company takes over, under contract, the management of your company's IT: employee support, servers and network, backup, security and vendors. You pay a fixed monthly fee instead of in-house staff and hourly call-outs.
How much does an IT maintenance plan cost?
Our plans start at €150/month + VAT (Basic, up to 10 workstations), then €350/month + VAT (Standard, 10–25 workstations) and €750/month + VAT (Premium, over 25 workstations). For companies with more than 50 employees we build a custom plan after the free audit.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
Response time is written into the contract: within 8 hours on Basic, 6 hours on Standard and 4 hours on Premium, which includes 24/7 support. Every request is logged, and the monthly report shows how many were resolved on time.
Are you an IT company in Bucharest?
Yes. Secure IT Solutions is an IT company in Bucharest, in business since 2007. We provide on-site support in every sector of Bucharest and in Ilfov, and we work remotely for companies in other cities. Details on our Managed IT Services in Bucharest page.
Do you come on site, or work only remotely?
Both. Most issues are resolved remotely over secure connections. In Bucharest and Ilfov we also come on site, depending on your plan; in other cities we travel at extra cost or work remotely.
Can I keep the IT person I already have?
Yes. The hybrid model is common: your colleague stays the first line of support for users, while we take over security, servers, backup, major projects and after-hours coverage.
What happens if I want to end the contract?
The standard contract runs for 12 months, with 30 days' notice for termination. At the end we hand over complete documentation, passwords, configurations and backups, so you or your new provider can continue without interruption.
How long does onboarding take?
A standard contract is implemented in 5–7 business days: initial audit, monitoring installation, backup setup and security measures. Complex infrastructures take up to 14 business days.
